At Security365, all of our products are digital learning materials and services, therefore no physical shipping is involved. Delivery is handled electronically based on the type of product you purchase.

🔹 Instant Digital Delivery

For most digital learning materials, delivery is instant after successful payment.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • 📘 E-books & digital documents

  • 💻 Virtual labs

  • 🎥 Online course access

  • 🔑 Activation codes / license keys for supported platforms

👉 Customers will be able to download or access their products immediately via email or their account dashboard.

🔹 CompTIA Learning Products – Processing Time Required

For CompTIA official learning materials, delivery requires additional processing time due to vendor-side provisioning.

This applies to:

  • CompTIA CertMaster Learn

  • CertMaster Labs

  • CertMaster Practice

  • CertMaster Perform

  • CertMaster Study

⏳ Processing time:
From 8 to a maximum of 24 business hours

ⓘ Business hours exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once processing is complete, access details will be sent to your registered email address.

🔹 EC-Council Learning Products – Extended Processing Time

For EC-Council official products, delivery involves manual verification and account provisioning in accordance with EC-Council policies.

This applies to:

  • EC-Council iLearn

  • EC-Council iLab

  • Exam Vouchers with RPS (Remote Proctoring Service)

⏳ Processing time:
From 3 to a maximum of 7 business days

ⓘ Processing time excludes Sundays and public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your product is fully provisioned.
